 Personal Note from Bob

"As an artist and illustrator, my commitment is to the development and precision of my craft. By doing so, I can expand and reflect the dynamics of my own imagination.

In my SCIENCE FICTION/FANTASY work, the goal is to dream.

CHILDREN'S BOOKS...to see the world through the eyes of a child.

MUSIC ILLUSTRATION...to present my craft as fine art.

REFLECTIONS OF AMERICA AND NOSTALGIC ART...to create a window into a time period.

CLIENT COMMISSIONS AND PORTRAITS...to put you into your dreams.

As an art teacher, I had 32 years of nurturing young creative minds from Kindergarten to 6th grade.  Everything was based on teaching and individualizing the creative process and enhancing visual perception.

I am still active with Art Educators of New Jersey at their annual conferences presenting lectures and workshops for my colleagues.  I have also presented at the National Art Educators Association Conference with my lecture on”Improving Students’Drawing Abilities Through Perceptual Enhancement”.  This November, I’ll be speaking at the New Jersey Education Association about the implementation of art activities in all subject areas.

My passion for painting is a reflection of my appreciation for beauty.  Hopefully, those who see my work will get have new insights into an understanding of visual aesthetics.  Enjoy your visit!
